GMP Law is a leading Australian law firm specialising in personal injury & compensation law, superannuation & total permanent disability claims, and inheritance & estate disputes, situated in the heart of Parramatta.
Our very busy Client Care department require an outstanding Reporting and Sales Administrator to join a fast paced and energetic team.
We are seeking a detailed orientated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, to be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management. You will also be assisting the Client Care Manager with diary entries, web enquiry distribution and liaising with our sales team and solicitors regarding new and existing clients.
You will require
- A high attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Aptitude for working with reports and data, preferably sales data
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a tight knit team
- A strong work ethic and proven work record
- Experience with Salesforce would be an advantage, but not necessary
