They are now looking for their next Administrative Support Officer, who will form part of their operations team providing Administrative Support across diverse projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively coordinate occupancy checks, document servicing, and ensure property presentation.
- Obtain insurance and valuation quotes for properties under management.
- Deliver timely updates to clients through the company portal and email communications.
- Thoroughly review and proofread reports to maintain accuracy and clarity.
- Manage logistics for lock changes and other necessary property adjustments during eviction processes.
- Offer clear invoicing instructions to the finance team for streamlined payment processing.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Operations team as needed.
The successful candidate will display:
- Prior experience in Administration. Background in Construction, Real Estate, or Law will be highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in fast-paced work environments.
- Advanced computer skills.
