Administrative Support Officer - Full Time
Location – New Gisborne
Rigger Contracting is a well-established family business that provides premium carpentry and joinery services across Victoria.
Rigger Contracting work directly with the public as well as builders, developers, architects and designers.
The Role:
- Purchasing management and Invoicing
- Data entry and maintaining systems information (Microsoft, MYOB and email)
- Provide support to the company Directors and Project Managers
- Regularly review materials and labor expenses
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering telephone calls, responding to emails and greeting customers.
- Payroll Management
Skills and Experience:
- Skilled in MYOB software
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong administrative focus with good negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience within the building industry preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
