Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from Brokers, Solicitors and other parties
- Looking up information and reading notes on the system to assist clients with their queries. E.g.: settlements related requests
- Communicating via email and phone to key stakeholders
- Keeping relevant business records and information updated on the system
- General administration and support duties
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Good computer literacy and MS Office skills
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
