The Role
The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate effective business operations, including providing excellent customer-focussed services at ACECQA's front-desk.
This role is full time for a fixed term for up to 12 months at ACECQA Band 2/3 ($68,234 - $82,353)
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-focussed administrative and support services that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through identifying the resources and taking the initiative to complete assigned work tasks.
- Proven ability to use technology in an administrative and support services context.
- Demonstrated drive and motivation, with an ability to self-reflect and a commitment to learning.
- Experience with, or ability to quickly develop an understanding of, enterprise record keeping, finance, human resources and travel booking systems (e.g. TechOne, Content Manager / TRIM and Savi Travel).
