About the role:
LJ Hooker Craigmore/Elizabeth is seeking an exceptional administrator to support a dynamic team of real estate professionals.
Our successful candidate will be required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support for the office in a professional and efficient manner. You will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the company routines and procedures.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people and property whose primary focus is to ensure everything is on track and runs in a timely manner and will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact, answering all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
- Maintain familiarity with office listings so enquiries can be directed to the appropriate member of staff
- Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records
- Ordering office supplies
- Provide administrative support and secretarial support to the sales and property management teams
Skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will have an administrative background and must meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong administrative skills – organised, systems-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Highly comfortable with online web-based platforms
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with a professional and courteous manner
- Immaculate presentation and possess a pro-active "can do" attitude
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
