Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team working 11am-4pm across 5 shifts a fortnight focusing on the efficient management of physical and electronic records within a mail room. You must be available to work the below roster:
Week 1: Thursday and Friday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Hobart CBD Location | Close to Public Transport | Local Street Parking
- Permanent Part Time | 25 Hours a Fortnight | 6 Month Contract
- $23.96 Per Hour + Super | Full Training Provided | ASAP Start
- Reception duties
- Data entry and administration
- Handle and resolve telephone and email enquiries
- File retrievals
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Mailroom experience is advantageous but full training will be provided
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
