The bare roots of the job…
The Site Administrator will provide day-to-day administration support and site maintenance at our Ridgley office, which is located ten minutes out of Burnie, on the North West coast of Tasmania.
The successful incumbent will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office, by providing administrative support, attending to compliance matters, providing exceptional customer service, looking after purchasing and contractor management, as well as providing leave coverage as required in our Fibre Technology Laboratory.
This is a part time position, equivalent to three full days per week (0.6 FTE). However, Forico provide flexible working arrangements, and this position can be worked over three full days or spread over five days per week to meet the needs of the successful candidate.

Applicants must have demonstrated relevant experience in an administration position, knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management principles a customer/service delivery focus, with a motivation to deliver excellent customer service, have a high-level of computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
In addition to this, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, solid organisational and time management skills, the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships, the ability to problem solve and make sound decisions, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will set the candidate up for great success in this role.
