Main Responsibilities:
- Addressing email inquiries and phone calls promptly.
- Generating repair quotations from job cards and converting them into orders, as well as invoicing via Ostendo.
- Handling repair orders, including accessing ERP systems.
- Sending certification and preparing paperwork for shipping to customers, including booking via freight companies
- Collaborating with customers via phone and email, coordinating with workshop information on repair work.
- Tracking and accurate recording of service and repair documentation.
- Managing workloads efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of work.
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and standards.
Proactively seeking solutions to problems and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
Undertaking other operational tasks as required.
The ideal candidate:
- Possesses a moderate level of computer literacy.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibits strong time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Is reliable with well-developed communication and interpersonal abilities.
