- Casual role 3 days per week (20-25 hours each week) - no weekend work
Reporting into the Service Administration Manager (SE Aust) and Operations Manager (Burnie, Tasmania) and working closely with the senior administration team (in Brisbane) you will play an important role in the branch administration function that will interface with a wide range of activity coming in and out or the business. Duties will include but not limited to); -
- Reception duties as required
- Provide high level of customer service
- Adhere to WIP processes for the CSC
- Co-ordination of flights and accommodation
- Back-order review
- Expediting outstanding POs and parts
- General data entry, invoicing and raising service entries
- Provide administrative support to the CSC
- Recording Safety KPI information in cintellate and SharePoint
- Provide WIP information to team
- Carry out additional duties as instructed by your manager
- Work towards achieving set KPIs
- 2-3 + years of office administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organised and able to priorities
- Customer focused and excellent people skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player
