Our client, one of Tasmania's largest and oldest unions, is seeking a CRM Administrator to join their dynamic team. The union represents over 10500 members employed across the health and community services industries. As a CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (iMIS) and other information technology projects.
Responsibilities:
CRM Administration:
- Collaborate with the State Secretary and Assistant Secretary to implement, manage, and configure the CRM system to meet the needs of the Branch and its members.
- Develop reports, websites, and CRM functionality to enhance organisational capacity.
- Conduct testing of reports, customizations, and configurations in the CRM.
- Drive ongoing innovation, development, and continuous improvement of the CRM.
- Provide training, guidance materials, and support to staff on CRM usage.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiencies.
- Undertake systems analysis and modify the CRM to meet user requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Participate in high-level development work in collaboration with other branches and unions.
Information Technology Support:
- Assist branch staff with IT-related troubleshooting and technical support.
- Liaise with external IT-managed service providers when necessary.
- Provide advice and guidance to senior management on branch information technology requirements.
What you'll bring to the role -
Personal:
- Strong skills and experience in systems analysis and understanding user requirements.
- Proven track record in configuring software systems and supporting staff through training and help desk support.
- Commitment to the trade union movement and social and economic justice.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical:
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably iMIS.
- Formal training or relevant qualifications in IT would be highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile software development methods.
- SQL knowledge and experience highly desirable.
- Experience working with databases or providing technical support.
- Previous experience in a trade union or similar membership organisation would be advantageous.
- Report writing skills highly desirable.
