The position of Project Administrator assists in driving our purpose of building exceptional projects that make a positive difference to our clients, our employees and the community.
Reporting to a Project Manager, this dynamic position involves the effective and efficient administration of projects in southern Tasmania.
About the Role
The role requires you to manage your time and workloads daily to liaise with contractors, employees and sub-contractors, manage the accounts of the project and be confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team.
If you have experience in commercial administration or a similar capability then we want you to join our business unit at Vos Construction & Joinery.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have strong administration background, preferably in the construction industry (or similar) with the right attitude and the ability to be personable and exhibit strong communication skills which is critical to the success of this role.
You will need to validate your experience in effective decision making and the management of workflows. You will also have the ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, computer proficiency, along with strong interpersonal skills.
This position will be based in Kingston, Tasmania on a fulltime basis.
