The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. This position is full-time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain a well-organised system and manage documentation.
Scheduling and Co-ordination:
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, courses, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and document minutes as needed.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems.
- Assist in maintaining records and databases.
Social Media Management:
- Management of social media accounts.
- Corresponding with stakeholders via social media accounts.
- Social media content creation.
Communication:
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Special Projects:
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Conduct research and gather information as required.
Experience and Attributes:
- Proven experience in an administrative role. Previous experience in the dental industry will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Proficiency in utilising Canva, will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
