Property & Portfolio Manager

A unique opportunity to work in a family office environment. 

Commencement date: As soon as possible.

• Tasks will include all aspects of property management, including but not limited to:

1. Incorporate / adopt property management system, eg, Property Tree, Property Me, Agent Plus, or similar,
2. Managing day-to-day tasks of property portfolio,
3. Updating rental invoices/statements,
4. Outgoings reconciliations and collections,
5. Complete periodic site inspections,
6. Liaising with third party property managers,
7. Responding/organising repairs & maintenance quotes and contractors,
8. Source prospective tenants for existing and upcoming sites.
    

• Properties: Majority of tenants are commercial food & beverage tenancies.
• Lease type: Retail Leases Act (2003).
• Flexible working hours. 
• Previous experience (at least 5+ years as a Property Manager).
• Work/life balance with flexible working options.
• 3 days a week (or more).
• Ideally contract work, rather than employment.
• Office location: Toorak.
   

The successful candidate will be:

• Holding current Agents Representative Certificate.
• Experienced in using property management programs (implementing new program to be discussed).
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Self-sufficient.
• Well presented.
• Meticulous in their work.
• Mature minded individual with a passion for real estate / property management.
• Great attitude towards new challenges & professional development.
• Have a driver’s licence and car.
