The Company
Our client, located in Osborne Park is currently looking for an administrator to join the team. They are a West Australian owned company, experiencing record growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to up-skill.
Please note, this position requires an urgent start and will be a temporary to permanent role, with the flexibility on hours, your week can be anywhere between 30 to 38 hours.
The Role
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an Office Administrator with key responsibilities including:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Following up with contractors
- Ensuring licences are attached the documents
- Checking contracts ensuring everything is correct
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
