Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role plays a vital part in supporting various administrative and customer-facing tasks.As the Administrator, you will be responsible for all administrative branch activities, ensuring compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures. Your duties will also encompass general administration, site mobilisations, induction requirements, accurate timesheet management, work order activities, and a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.Location: Kalgoorlie, WARoster: 10/4 FIFO or 5/2 Residential - 10.5hrsTo be successful the following is required:

• Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or previous experience working in a similar position supporting a large team
• Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
• Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
• Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
