Are you a master of multitasking and a pro at providing exceptional client service? Do you thrive being the go-to person for all things front of house and admin support? 

As administrator, you will be the friendly face responsible for reception, handling a high volume of phone calls with ease, and ensuring smooth facilities management. You'll also get the chance to showcase your administrative skills supporting the team with a variety of tasks. 

  • Front of house reception to create a warm and professional environment.
  • Handling phone calls.
  • Administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Exceptional client service skills to leave a lasting, positive impression.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Available to work full time, Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administration, reception or related roles is highly advantageous.
