Duties:
- Organise and manage property marketing activities
- Manage the entire contracts administration process from offer through to settlement
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication
- Documentation preparation i.e. Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums
- Preparation and implementation of Sales Campaigns
- 2+ years experience in a senior administration role
- Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration or willingness to obtain
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suites
- Monday - Friday role
