Administrator - Accor Realty

Realty and Asset Management is a unique owner focussed department within Accor Apartments and Realty based on the Gold Coast. With over 100 properties under management, Realty and Asset Management oversees the negotiation and management of all agreements in place with Owners, Body Corporates and Owners Associations in the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio. 
 

Purpose

As Accor Realty Administrator – Real Estate and Property, your role is central to the efficiency of our Real Estate process. You'll be the link that maintains transparent communication with clients, ensures compliance, and in turn, bolsters the success of our team whilst leaving clients thoroughly satisfied.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitating seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including agents, owners and tenants
• Proficiently preparing and refining a variety of documents, including contracts, reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Providing comprehensive support to agents and property managers throughout the entire sales and rentals process, from pre-listing tasks to marketing documentation, conducting leasing and sales inspections as required
• Meticulously managing contracts and files to ensure strict compliance with legislation and agency policies and standards
• Expertly organising property advertisements, scheduling of inspections and processing rental applications
• Maintaining and updating client records in our database with precision and care

Skills and Experience

• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate relevant to the specific Country/ State/ Territory
• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating various systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM databases
• Display an outstanding level of attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
