Transport Administrators - Required Now!Wacol Location BrisbaneDayshift Hours - Early startCustomer service in this role is essential.Our client is busy warehouse located in the surrounding suburbs of Wacol - Brisbane and looking for experienced Administrators to support the business within the distribution office.These roles are ongoing with view to permanency for the right candidate, with working being Monday - Friday, casual full time hours. Day Shift.Please note that this role will be working with busy incoming and outbound transport call environment.Duties are but not limited to:

• Transport scheduling, manifests and invoices
• Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
• Liaising with truck drivers & clients
• Generating and distributing load sheets & con-notes
• Troubleshooting and general administration
• Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
• Stock management
• Phone Calls for inbound / outbound

The ideal candidate must have:

• Must have Data Entry experience
• Previous software use of PRONTO, SAP, 2IC OR Paperless experience desirable
• Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and data entry
• A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer Service
• Australian Working rights
• Work related references
• Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
