Our client who is a global construction materials manufacturer are currently seeking an Experienced Administrator to assist the current OH&S Advisor for a minimum 6-month contract period.
Based in Hazelmere, you will play a critical role in supporting the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) functions within our client’s organisation. This role will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining HSEQ-related data, documentation, and processes through internal systems. The HSE Administrator will also assist the HSEQ Department with on-going continuous improvement and administrative support.
Other duties include:
- Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate system improvements.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis
- Assist in preparing regular HSEQ performance reports for management
- Provide administrative support
- Assist in development and delivery of internal training packages
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of monthly HSEQ reporting and facilitating HSEQ Committee Meetings
- Coordinate and organise causal meetings to present and discuss incident findings and to identify corrective actions.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced Administrator with strong data-entry skills, have excellent communication and multi-tasking ability. OSH experience is highly desirable although not essential.
You must also be able to tick off the following:
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including DAS
- Have a current drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to and fro work
- Be able to commit to the 6-month contract and be available to start within 1 week (or less notice)
Your salary will be negotiable depending on your skills and abilities circa $70,000 per annum + super ($35 - $38 per hour)
