Your new company Hays Gippsland are currently partnering with a large, well known training provider in Gippsland who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in one of three locations on a Full-Time permanent basis. You will have the option to work from either our clients Morwell, Bairnsdale or Leongatha office. Limited travel between offices may also be required.You will be responsible for the following You will be responsible for providing Administration support within our clients Hospitality and Security portfolio while carrying out the following duties;Respond to student enquiries and provide readily available course information and advice to assist students before directing to teaching staff for more specific course information.
Co-ordinate pre-enrolment interview process for relevant courses and follow up enrolments as required
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure student information is available for enrolment e.g accurate training plan and material list
Attend and support the Enrolment Days as required
Attend to Salesforce enquires
Request certificates or statements of attainment via Academic Registry
Check room bookings match with timetable allocations
Ensure e-roll is matched to student timetable; and paper rolls are reflected in e-roll
Other Ad-Hoc duties as requiredWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience within administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
Ability to collaborate across relevant business areas and adapt accordingly
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Intermediate - Advanced computer skills with previous experience using the Microsoft Suite
Experience working within Education is highly desirable
A current Drivers Licence
A valid Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
