The Role
Toll People are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator located in Regency Park. This is a casual role (6 months, could be extended). Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday office hours.
The successful applicant must have a recent police clearance or the ability to gain a police clearance immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily payroll activities for weekly paid employees including data entry of leave forms and entitlement payouts
- Setting up of new employees in the payroll system and terminating exiting employees
- Responding to weekly paid employees' queries regarding their pay
- Maintain the accuracy of the Licence Data Spreadsheet and advise when licences or driver medicals due
- Ensure routine monthly audits are completed and entered in the system
- Inducting employees, contractors, and visitors
- Diesel fuel ordering and fuel card management
- Respond to and assisting customers and stakeholders
- General office management
- Advanced excel skills is a must
- Payroll background is desirable
- Blue-collar industry is desirable
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
