- Casual position
- $31.09 per hour
- Monday and Tuesday 7am-3pm + weekday public holidays as required
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Additional hours available in other departments if desired
The Marion Hotel is seeking a casual Office Administrator to assist our full time office manager. The person in this role will work predominantly Mondays and Tuesdays to assist with office duties and will cover the office manager’s role on weekday public holidays as required (public holiday rate of $62.18 per hour will apply).
Primary Responsibilities
- End of day cashiering and banking
- Gaming reconciliation, ATM and CRT replenishment
- Processing payroll through MYOB
- Stock control duties using H&L
- Preparing invoices for payment and controlling accounts receivable
- Assist our front desk team using RMS and Now Book It software
Skills and Experience
- Experience with cash handling, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Experience in completing payroll duties, preferably with the HIGA
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Trustworthy, reliable and punctual
