Your New Opportunity:
Join us in this pivotal role where you'll be the friendly face and voice of ResourceCo, providing exceptional client experiences and supporting our team's success. As our Front Office Administrator, you'll showcase your excellent communication and organisational skills while being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Attend to visitors with warmth and efficiency, creating a positive first impression of our organisation
- Coordinate courier services both locally and globally, to facilitate smooth operations
- Oversee meeting room logistics and provide support for virtual meetings as required
- Manage office supply orders for our Rose Park & Wingfield sites
- Provide administrative support to our various business pillars, contributing to overall organisational efficiency
About You:
We're seeking a passionate individual with a skill for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to learn and grow.
Key skills and attributes include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivation, coupled with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word/Outlook
