Our Client: Our client is an established Not-For-Profit organisation in Hervey Bay seeking a dedicated Administrator / Personal Assistant to provide essential support to two Senior Administrators. This temporary role offers approximately 20-30 hours per week for an estimated duration of 8 weeks (possible extension).
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Senior Administrators.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records accurately.
- Utilise Excel proficiently for various administrative tasks. (Must be confident with Excel)
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid Blue Card is mandatory.
