Overview:
Join our dynamic team! We're seeking an experienced Administrator with expertise in Process Control and Anti-Money Laundering to play a pivotal role in Operations Services. This12-month contract offers an exciting opportunity with the potential for ongoing employment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of investor transactions, including off-market transfers (OMTs), dividend reinvestment plan (DRP), Electronic Direct Credit (EDC), and Deceased Estate transactions.
- Perform quality assurance checks across diverse transaction streams, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Collaborate with Institutions for large holder checks, confirming instructions at the record date.
- Track errors strategically to enhance processes and mitigate risks.
- Execute monthly testing for Controlled Self Assessments (CSAs).
- Provide support to the Anti-Money Laundering/Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (AML/FATCA) processing team, engaging in processing and auditing FATCA forms.
- Undertake due diligence verification for Anti-Money Laundering Link Funds Solutions applications.
- Conduct screening for Political Exposed Person (PEP) & Sanctions.
- Audit Employee Plan shares (EPS) Operation transactions.
- Ensure the timely completion of all work within specified time frames.
- Collaborate daily with Operations team managers to proactively mitigate errors.
- Meet and exceed all service standards, whether regulated or client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within Operational Services.
- Develop expertise in auditing processes, different investor transactions, and client SLAs.
- Reconcile audit transactions accurately and timely.
- Manage and coordinate various transactions within Operation Services.
- Actively participate in user acceptance testing.
- Focus on providing recommendations for improved operational efficiency, system enhancements, and risk reduction.
- Assist Team Leader/Manager in day-to-day activities.
- Act as a second in charge (2IC) in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Adhere to compliance and incident management policies.
- In-depth understanding and experience in Operational Services functions, products, and processes.
- Proven track record within financial services, with experience in Audit, Share Administration, or Quality Assurance highly valued.
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficient in teaching and training team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing a proactive and systematic approach to work.
- High attention to detail coupled with superior organizational skills.
- A natural problem solver actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and identify operational efficiencies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
