About the Role
Whitehaven Coal have a new exciting opportunity as Administration Support & Reception to provide proactive administrative support to the Brisbane office and respective teams within the office.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Office Manager your role will consist of:
- Arrange all travel and accommodation bookings, following relevant policies
- Updating and maintain staff lists, organisational charts, distribution lists.
- Arrange meetings, including organising equipment requirements and assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence for internal and external clients
- Program and file documentation and set up and maintain group filing
- Monitor and, when required, purchase stationery and other office supplies.
What You’ll Bring
- At least five years’ previous administration experience.
- Experience working with Senior Level Management.
- Display exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on a working team environment.
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- High levels of organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills;
