Administrator - Residential

Campbell Transport is a locally owned transport and freight company. We move general freight, bulk product, and livestock, as well as hauling product in the mining sector. Operating for over 20 years, we move thousands of tonnes a day and are only getting busier

We are looking for a casual site administrator to join our team in Port Hedland operation, this is a residential position in Port Hedland and not available on a FIFO roster. 

Reporting the to the Administration Manager in Port Hedland your duties will include but not limited to:

• Data entry; including payroll, tonnage and updating maintenance records.
• Daily BAC and Drug & Alcohol compliance. 
• Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Administration Manager including but not limited to – flight bookings, accommodation arrangements and compliance processing.
• Assisting with enquiries and daily interactions within a large workforce of professional drivers and workshop teams. 

Experience: 

• Some previous data entry experience is advantageous.  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• High attention to detail. 
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
