Ultimately, our company's greatness lies in our people and we currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who is a specialist in administration & operations to join our team. This administration role is the backbone of our organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of all the behind the scenes processes of a busy organisation. Our current Office Administrator is retiring after 23yrs with us, so you can be assured that this is a long term, stable position.
Your role will see you-
* Answering incoming phone calls, assisting customer enquiries
* Payroll processing
* Invoicing, debtors & creditors
* Using ATO Portals, preparation & lodgement of Taxation obligations
* Banking and bookkeeping
* Taking messages & transferring calls
* Actioning all incoming and outgoing mail and email
* Arranging couriers for pick ups & deliveries to office and workshop
* Ordering materials and liaising with our suppliers
* Data entry, including allocation & finalisation of job cards
* General housekeeping in office/front of house
* Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
* Coordination and management of all office processes
You must have
- Proven reception and administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite & MYOB
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously & multi task in a busy environment
- Professional manner & attention to detail
- Comfortable to work in a male dominated industry/workshop
