Our client is a fantastic Accounting practice, located in the inner suburbs. They are looking for an Administrator to support the broader Accounting team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Using the APS Database, CAS, ATO and ASIC
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Assisting with Debtors
- Preparing invoices/billing
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Demonstrated professional work attitude
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
