We are currently looking for experienced staff in administration and financial services to assist our Client Relation Managers and Client Executives to achieve the best broking services to our clients across the management of the life cycle of an insurance policy process. The role will be part of our Aon Client Services team (ACS) operating unit within Aon Australia and working with our global network.

How this opportunity is different


You will be joining a newly put-together department named the Centre of Excellence (CoE). The CoE is a centralised support team for our Client Service Teams in Australia. Key Aspects of our team are as follows: 

  • Continuing to evolve the delivery of best practice support and streamlined processes.
  • Creating consistency and ongoing improvements in our client support services through the quality of our workflow.
  • Creating greater efficiency and freeing capacity for our Client Service Teams by undertaking time consuming tasks.


What the day will look like

  • Preparation of insurance policy process documentation E.g. Placing Slips, Renewal Reports, Client Contracts, Certificates of Currency.
  • Compliance review of internal process.
  • Accurately following workflows and completing works in set timeframes.
  • Liaising with the Client Service Team with clear communication and within a timely manner.
  • Checking emails regularly, actioning tasks where required.
  • Accurately recording, updating and internal information databases.
  • Attending meetings as directed.
  • Attend and participate in all training sessions as directed.


Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience working in financial services, similar or transferrable skillset
  • Proven administration ability
  • Strong computer skills including usage of Office Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Able to prioritise your day and workload with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail including spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skillset would be highly regarded
  • A wiliness to learn and want to help our team exceeded
  • Comparable administration / customer service experience
