Project Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Support Coordinator. This role will involve managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of project operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a pleasant demeanor.What's on Offer?

• Pay rate of $50+ p/h

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Generate purchase requests and expedite Purchase Orders from the buyer's group.
• Arrange site access for new starters and consultants, ensuring all necessary paperwork and permissions are obtained.
• Manage the project office, including stationary orders and maintaining the vehicle register.
• Utilize experience with SAP for efficient handling of administrative tasks.
• Provide support to the project team, clients, and buyers as required.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a project environment.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar software is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems and streamline processes.
