Join the Perth Workshop team as a Workshop Administrator and provide exceptional customer service and support to the management team and wider employee group, ensuring that all administrative functions are of high standard, facilitating the efficient completion of our contractual obligations.
About the role
• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Permanent Full Time
• Perth Airport Based
Responsibilities of the role:
• Reception duties; manage & distribute calls, first point of contact
• Liaise with internal & external parties
• Enter timesheets; meeting payroll deadlines
• Process leave request forms
• Data entry
• Raise requisitions
• Organise office equipment; ordering stationary and other requirements
• Attend & participate in project/site meetings providing administrative support
• Maintain an accurate filing system
To be successful the following is considered:
• Previous Experience in a similar (desirable but not necessary)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft office knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and multitask
