Evolution is looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to assist in coordinating our Perth Traffic Depot, must have great customer service skills, be computer literate and work well in a team.
YOUR ROLE is key to our success, responsible for helping coordinate the depot traffic control team by managing bookings. The Administrator/Coordinator - Operations is responsible for responding to client requests, assigning traffic controllers and appropriate resources to jobs, and issuing notifications to all parties via our in-house rostering system.
Strong attention to detail is required and training is provided. This can be a busy job with jobs coming in throughout the day and night via email and phone, so we require someone who is calm, and process driven with strong multi-tasking skills.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone manner,
- Ability to multitask and a strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in a scheduling / rostering is desirable,
- Experience within Traffic Industry is desirable (not essential)
