Traffic Operations Supervisor (Day Shift) - Perth

No two days are the same in this operational role.  Are you a safety focused skilled Traffic supervisor that can grow and mentor our Traffic Operations team.

The role

As the Traffic Operations Supervisor you are responsible for training and safety, ensuring industry and company standards are met and customer satisfaction is maintained through regular visits to job sites to audit and monitor T/C set up and job performance and providing feedback/training as required to improve outcomes. This role works closely with the Depot Manager and Operations Coordinator. 

Experienced Traffic Controller looking to take the next step up, or someone who has had experience as a supervisor who holds a Traffic Control licence. Drop us an email and have a chat.

About you:

• extensive experience as a traffic controller.
• be accustomed to enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance on worksites and in recognition of the importance of maintaining a safe environment.
• be an effective people manager in order to bring the best out in your people and produce a highly engaged, productive and safety conscious workforce.
• be responsible for fielding calls and responding to client requests; and
• Assisting in the Operations Coordinator/scheduling capacity as required.

The successful candidates must hold an WA Traffic Controller, Implement Traffic Control Plans and Prepare a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan accreditation. A competitive salary will be negotiated depending on qualifications and experience and the successful candidate will have use of a company vehicle to perform their duties.
