The position details:
- Based in Tom Price
- Casual contract
- 5 days a week (overtime available)
- Flexible hours
Requirements:
- Own accommodation in Tom Price preferred.
- Will consider FIFO for the right candidate.
- Ability to complete the assigned tasks efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing Admin support to Management staff
- Checking and responding to emails.
- Answering phone calls and distributing parcel deliveries
- General data entry – uniforms, flight, bus bookings, allocating housing, timesheets etc
- Onboarding new employees
- Raising PO’s
- Maintain employee training matrix and scheduling training courses.
- Organising Freight
- Dealing directly with suppliers and customers.
- Reporting
- Mobilizing employees to site
- General administration duties
- Ad hoc duties when required.

Skills:
- Rio Tinto onboard admin experience, preferred but not essential
- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office inc Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Experience with WorkFlow Max preferred but not essential
