An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Support Administrator to join our busy office located in East Perth providing general office support and assistance to Senior Recruitment Consultants and main office. The role would suit someone on either a full time or part time capacity, Monday – Friday.
This is a support role with tasks that include:
- Formatting and printing documentation
- Data entry into a CRM system management
- Being the first point of contact for phone calls
- Taking care of the office environment
- Occassional Receptionist duties
We are seeking an individual who has:
- Diligent work ethic with attention to detail
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Well-developed computer skills
- Use of initiative
- Enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality product
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
