This long-established professional Design and Manufacturing business places a lot of importance on teamwork and positive cooperation withing the team and servicing its wide range of clients (some of Australia’s largest).
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator with strong skills in organising and processing orders and job projects, to assist with shipping and production, scheduling and coordinating daily projects whilst providing Administration support to Senior Management. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager.
Seeking an Administrator who enjoys multi-tasking and has excellent Excel skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide Administration Support
- Possess excellent organisational and scheduling skills
- Possess a good understanding in manufacturing
- Able to schedule, coordinate and execute daily job projects
- Coordinating Freight and work closely with Customs clearances
- Process shipping documentation for each project
- Invoicing of all projects, some quoting and costing duties
Must possess excellent computer skills including Excel and MS Office, is able to learn new processes quickly. Excellent communication both written and verbal are essential.
The successful applicant will possess a strong and proven Administration background in production. Training will be provided in Shipping and scheduling job projects.
