About the role:
We're on the hunt for a Sales Support Administrator who's keen to kickstart their career and become part of a helpful team located in Kilsyth. As a Sales Support Administrator, your main objective will be to offer sales assistance to our Wholesale Store network and Dealership customers in Victoria.
General responsibilities include:
- Answering sales enquiries both by phone and via email from consumers, wholesale customers and automotive dealers.
- Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists' customers.
- Helping the team achieve the agreed customer service KPI's and process excellence.
- Work as a part of the greater team to ensure that all enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Build trusting relationships with our valued wholesale network.
