We're currently seeking an entry-level Administrator/Receptionist for a fantastic insurance company based in Fairfield. This position is ideal for recent school, college, or university graduates, or those with little experience, looking to launch their careers.

- Location: Fairfield, Western Sydney
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organising documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and interactions.
- Perform receptionist duties including answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office environment, contributing to a positive workspace.
- You should be a recent school or college graduate, or someone eager to land your first role in an office setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
