About the Team
The Support and Research Unit delivers evidence-based, quality supportive care services and programs that are sustainable, support the provision of optimal care and are accessible to all South Australians.
About the Role
Located at 202 Greenhill Road our facility incorporates 120 rooms of guest accommodation.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with exceptional customer service skills, experienced in front office reception to join our team at Cancer Council SA. This position will be responsible for all front desk operations including taking reservations, assisting with guest queries, processing travel subsidy forms, payment transactions and other general office duties as required. The role requires a passion for customer service, with a compassionate and empathetic manner, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
About You
- reception, accommodation and concierge experience
- flexibility to work various rostered shifts
- experience in working with a reservation system. Working knowledge of RMSCloud or similar is desirable
- ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team and at times under pressure
- must be highly organised, practice good time management, attention to detail and be able to multitask
- competence in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
The role is being offered as a casual position and will be required to work various rostered shifts; including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and undertake relief for the Night Duty Officer (9.45pm – 7.15am) when required.
