The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel environment and will be proficient in using Strata software. This position is a DIDO role with a 14-7 roster paying $44.43 p.h.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Handling guest inquiries and requests
- Processing reservations and payments accurately
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assisting with other hotel operations as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in using Strata software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
