Job Title: Admissions Officer
Location: Currently Cockburn, relocating to Baldivis later this year
Employment Type: Part-time/Full-time (3-5 days per week)

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Admissions Officer to join our team. ITAC is the Australia's largest provider of accredited courses for support workers (education assistants), headquartered in WA. This multifaceted role involves a range of responsibilities including answering general enquiries via phone and email, processing applications and payments, and performing other general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general enquiries about courses and admissions via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process student applications and payments efficiently.
- Serve in secondary roles across departments such as Workplace Learning, Finance, and Student Support Services.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English language skills to communicate clearly and precisely.
- Minimum Certificate IV qualification, completed within the Australian vocational education system.
- Proximity to Baldivis.
- High proficiency in using business systems; previous experience preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to start work at 8 am and finish at 4 pm, aligning with our business operating hours.
