Admissions Officer - Secondary School (Immediate Start)

Primary Responsibilities: - 

• Processing and Assessing the student applications for both international and domestic students
• Issuing and revising letter of offers and eCoEs
• Managing and reporting eCoE variation
• Updating student information in PRISMS and internal system.
• Managing and coordinating homestay and guardianship arrangement.
• Working closely with guardian and homestay providers.
• Generating accurate reports from CRM, PRISMS and other systems from the authorities.
• Ensure the enrolment comply with the school's policies, procedures, compliance and regulation. 
• Provide supports and assistances on student orientation day.
• Assisting the operations team member when required

To be successful for this position, you will be able to demonstrate: -

• Bilingual speaker, preferably Mandarin/Cantonese/English
• Knowledge of the ESOS Act, CRICOS, ELICOS, PRISMS, The National Code and DIBP regulations
• Deadline and detail orientated person
• Ability to adhere to and disseminate policies and procedures
• Excellent in verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills and a 'can do' attitude
