AddressOur Murgon Office offers a full-time role in our Through Care Team with a direct focus on adult Female Clients who are considered to be of a high-risk of reoffending and are identified as having Mental Health conditions. The goal of the Through Care service is to reduce recidivism and incarceration rates by supporting our clients (both pre and post release) through the delivery of intensive, culturally safe case management services.
Ideally you will have a Degree in Social Work or Behavioural Sciences from a recognised tertiary institution (or a minimum five (5) years’ demonstrated work experience with equivalent competencies relating to the case management of clients in the Criminal Justice System). Your experience with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities will also be highly regarded, as is qualifications, research or current studies related to casework with Mental Health diagnoses.
Current funding provides a full-time contract and a work vehicle until 30 June 2025.
