About the Role
* Lead and manage a medium-sized Oral Health team and provide high level clinical care and professional leadership to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and service improvement.
* Contribute to the strategic, operational, and human resource management of MSOH.
* Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
* Work in partnership with MSOH Principal Dentists to plan, develop, operationalise and coordinate dental and Oral Health therapy services, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse team including resource allocation, operational and clinical practice supervision, performance appraisal and performance management.
