About the Opportunity
We currently have a full-time position available. We are looking for a supportive, caring, reliable, highly motivated, and energetic individual who has previously worked within person-centred approach and is driven to empower people with disability in the areas of enablement and independence.
About You
You will thrive in what can sometimes be a challenging environment:
• Experience in supporting people with Intellectual Disability with relevant industry experience;
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously;
• Manage challenges in a support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of service;
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service providers, family members, advocates, and government agencies;
- Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft applications;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must in maintaining reports and case notes;
• Current Driver’s Licence and comprehensively owned and insured vehicle;
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment;
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment;

Remuneration
