The Logan Beaudesert Health Service Pharmacy Department are looking for an experienced Advanced Scope - Pharmacy Assistant to join their team. The Department consists of approximately 100 staff inclusive of pharmacists, clinical assistants, and support staff. The Department services the Logan Hospital, Beaudesert Hospital, community Mental Health services, Palen Creek Correctional Facility, Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital and the Logan Urgent and Specialist Care Centre (LUSCC). All areas of Logan & Beaudesert Health Service Pharmacy are serviced by the pharmacy staff on a rotational roster system.

About the Role
To contribute to patient care by providing advanced clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of a pharmacist to the facilities within Metro South Health through Logan – Beaudesert health service Pharmacy Services with a primary base at Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital. This role to is to be performed in accordance with current legislation, Australian pharmacy and medicines professional standards, departmental procedures standards and guidelines.
