An excellent part-time (or full time for the right candidate) opportunity awaits a Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy retail Pharmacy at Yeppoon Central.
This position would suit a customer focused Pharmacy Assistant with experience or someone willing to undergo training. The successful applicant will be required to provide exceptional customer service - ensuring all customers are greeted and served with a smile.
Ideally the successful candidates will have experience with POS, merchandising, are able to provide exceptional customer service and are confident in S2S3 area or willing to learn quickly. Training in these areas can be provided to the successful candidates.
If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a keen eye for detail, good computer skills and enjoy keeping busy, then this may be the role for you! You will work as part of the LiveLife team to ensure all customers gain 'the best' pharmacy experience.
Pharmacy Assistants key responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted and served with a smile
- Putting away front of shop stock in a timely and correct manner
- Ensuring front of shop stock is stored in appropriate areas
- Continually learning about new products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
The successful applicants will have the following skills and knowledge:
- Ability to laugh and smile
- Be inspiring and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to fully engage with your customers as well your team mates
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience working with cash registers
- Ability to live & breathe our Values
- Great communication skills and cheerful attitude
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Have a great eye for presentation and detail
- Motivated and willing to work in the front of shop and approach customers.
- Ability to multitask.
- Be well presented.
- Pharmacy experience & S2S3 certificate will be highly regarded
The Pharmacy Assistant will work with a supportive and friendly pharmacy team. This is a permanent part-time or full time position (for the right candidate). Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
